RDWorks / Ruida
Files for RDWorks (Ruida) laser machines
Laser machines with a Ruida controller and the RDWorks program can import DXF from Prakobd. Files are split into layers for cutting, scoring and fold lines, use millimeters, and already include the kerf allowance in the lines. Set power and speed per layer in RDWorks, then send the job to the machine. If you use LightBurn with a Ruida machine, SVG or DXF works just as well.

You also get an assembly PDF and a part list from the same job, ready to pass on to the assemblers.

We recommend DXF for RDWorks. Use SVG for LightBurn or other programs that open SVG.
Do fold lines need to be cut?
No. The BEND layer marks the fold positions. Turn this layer off before sending the job to the machine.
