Prakobd Terms of Service

1. Service providers

2. Our services

Prakobd is a web app for designing boxes, cabinets, shelves and stage floor frames, then exporting production files such as SVG, DXF, G-code, PDF and STL. It also includes an AI assistant and plugins for Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW

We keep improving the service. Features, templates and file formats may be added, changed or removed, and the service may pause temporarily for system upgrades

3. User account

• You can sign up with an e-mail and password, or a Google account. The information you give must be true
• You are responsible for keeping your password and signed-in devices secure. Any use through your account is treated as your own actions
• Do not create multiple accounts to claim welcome credits or promotions repeatedly, and do not sell or transfer your account to others
• If you suspect someone else is using your account, change your password immediately (all devices will be signed out) and contact us at ndssoft@natdesign.cloud

4. Credits and payments

• Designing, saving jobs and viewing the 3D model are free. Credits are used when you download production files, use the AI assistant or other features as shown on the pricing page
• Credit pack prices are in Thai baht, paid through Stripe with PromptPay QR or card. Credits are added to your account once the payment provider confirms the payment.
• Credits never expire. They can only be used in the account that topped them up, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account
• Credits are non-refundable once topped up, except where required by law or if the system charges you twice or incorrectly, in which case we will check and refund you
• If file generation fails, credits are refunded automatically, and re-downloading the same file within 24 hours costs no extra credits
• We may adjust pack prices or the number of credits per use, shown on the pricing page before taking effect. Changes never reduce credits you already have

5. Your designs

The designs you create and the files you export belong to you. You can use them for production, sale or commercial purposes. You allow us to store and process them only as needed to provide the service to you

The software, templates, ready-made examples, plugin, logo and website content are the property of the service provider. Copying, modifying, disassembling the software or re-offering it as a service without permission is prohibited

6. Production responsibility

Prakobd is a design aid. Before actually cutting or producing, you must check the sizes, material thickness, allowances, bit values, speeds and machine safety yourself. We always recommend test-cutting a small piece first

We are not responsible for damaged material, damaged machinery, injury or the strength of a piece resulting from using files without checking them

7. AI assistant

The AI assistant reads the text and images you send and sets up a starting design for you to edit further. Results may be inaccurate — always check the dimensions and details

8. Don'ts

• Hacking, testing for vulnerabilities, or trying to access other people's data without permission
• Using automated programs to scrape data, sending so many requests that the system is affected, or avoiding credit charges
• Using the service for illegal purposes, copyright infringement, or deceiving others
• Impersonating Prakobd or a service provider

9. Reseller program

• Members can become affiliates for free and get a referral link. People who arrive through the link and sign up within 30 days are tied to the first affiliate who referred them
• Affiliates earn commission every time a linked customer tops up credits, calculated from the amount actually paid at the rate the shop sets at that time. A new rate only applies to sales made after the change
• Your own purchases do not count. Refunded, declined or fraudulent orders will have their commission cancelled
• The shop transfers commission to the account the affiliate provides. Affiliates are responsible for their own income tax.
• No exaggerated advertising, spam, or posing as the shop. The shop may suspend affiliate accounts that violate this

10. Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, commit payment fraud, or harm the system and other users. In serious cases, the remaining credits in that account may be cancelled

You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by email ndssoft@natdesign.cloud

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We try to keep the system accurate and running continuously, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of revenue or business opportunities

12. Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms from time to time, with the update date shown at the top of the page. For significant changes we will notify you on the website or by email. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. If there is a dispute, both parties will try to negotiate first; if they cannot agree, the Thai courts will decide
