POP display shelves

Design free-standing POP product displays with cut files and print templates

Prakobd designs floor-standing POP product display shelves, either flat slot-together sheets from CNC-cut PVC foam board or single-sheet folded designs with score lines from corrugated board or PP board. Choose straight, stepped-slant, tapered-top or wavy sides from 13 examples in the Display category and you get a 3D design, DXF, SVG and G-code files, and a 3 mm print bleed frame on the PRINT layer. Designing is free; you pay credits when you download the production file pack

What do I get?

Display shelf shapes used in real shopping malls

Straight sides, stepped slanted sides with a deeper bottom shelf, tapered sides with a tray with a raised lip to stop products falling, and wavy curved sides. Comes with a header sign, a solid base box and a price-tag edge on the shelf front.

Flat sheet or folded from a single sheet

PVC foam board is flat sheet with slot-together shelves, while the corrugated board and PP board versions fold the sides and back into a U shape. Each tray folds from a single strip and its tabs tuck into the walls, with no glue. Fold score lines are on the BEND layer, separate from the cut lines

Artwork templates for print shops

Parts that need printing have a 3 mm print bleed. Download the layered SVG template (ARTWORK, PRINT, SAFE, CUT, BEND) or a real-size PNG to place artwork exactly on each part.

View the artwork on the 3D model

Upload the artwork back as a full sheet or piece by piece. The system places the image on the 3D display so the brand can approve it before production. The images are kept with the saved job.

Workflow

  1. Choose the shape and material

Choose an example from the Display category, such as a straight 5-tier PVC foam board display or a tapered-top corrugated one, then choose the material. The system sets it up as flat-sheet or folded construction to suit the material.

  2. Enter the dimensions and number of shelves

Enter the width, depth, height, number of shelves, header sign height, base box and tray front lip, along with the real board thickness, bit or kerf

  3. Place artwork

Download the print template to place your artwork in Illustrator or the software you use, then upload it back to view on the 3D model

  4. Download files to cut and print

Review the cautions and the nesting, then download the ZIP production pack with cut files, crease lines, print frames, assembly drawings and assembly steps

Production file cost from real examples

Designing, viewing in 3D and viewing the nesting are free. You pay credits when you download the production file pack (ZIP), which is charged by the number of sheets and parts in the job.

Who it's for

  • Sign shops and print shops that make POP displays for brands
  • Shops that cut PVC foam board with a CNC, or cut corrugated board and PP board with a flatbed cutter or laser
  • Teams that must send customers a 3D image with the artwork for approval before production
  • Free-form displays or steel-frame displays that aren't sheet shelving suit drawing yourself in CAD software.

Frequently asked questions

What does the production file cost for POP display shelves?

Design for free. You pay credits when you download the production file pack (ZIP), charged by the number of sheets and parts in the job. Example: Tabletop display shelf, 2 tiers, curved sides, PVC foam board 64 credits (≈ 128 THB) · POP display shelf, straight, folding corrugated board 62 credits (≈ 124 THB) · Slanted stepped display shelf L 64 credits (≈ 128 THB)

What machine cuts corrugated and PP board display shelves?

Use layered SVG or DXF files and cut with a flatbed cutter or laser. Lines on the BEND layer are fold creases and must not be cut; set them to the machine's creasing wheel or creasing knife

What materials can I use?

Examples include PVC foam board 5 and 10 mm for CNC flat-panel designs, BC-flute corrugated 7 mm and B-flute 3 mm, and PP board 5 mm for fold-up designs. Enter the real measured thickness for every material.

If I have photos of example display shelves, can the AI design from them?

Yes. On the Design with AI page, upload a photo of a display shelf and enter the real dimensions you know. The AI reads the shape, number of shelves and proportions, then draws a design where every value can be edited. Credits are deducted only when you get a design back

Can each shelf be divided into bays?

Yes. You can set the number of bays across the shelf width, partitions stand on each shelf level, and you can change the number of shelves as needed
