Design full-wall grooved wall panels with the pattern matching across every sheet
Prakobd designs decorative grooved wall panels in 30 patterns, such as convex arch, concave arch, right-angle groove, U-groove, V-groove slats, honeycomb, brick, lotus panel and herringbone. Enter the size of the wall to cover and the software splits it into panels no larger than the material sheet and draws the pattern continuously across the joints. You get DXF, SVG and G-code files with the bit each pattern uses. The example is a 120 × 240 cm, 15 mm HMR sheet. Designing is free; you pay credits when you download production files
Each pattern gets the right bit for the job: for example a core box bit for cove curves and U-grooves, a pointed profile bit for convex curves, a V-bit for line grooves and a straight bit for square grooves. Any bit you do not have yet is added to the job's bit set for you
A large wall with a seamless pattern
Enter the wall width × height, and the program splits it into several upright sheets and draws the pattern across the whole wall at once, so the grooves line up at every joint. For example, a 3.6 × 2.4 m headboard wall from 3 sheets
Adjust the pattern yourself
Adjust the pattern size, line spacing, groove depth, groove bit and a plain border around the wall with a frame groove, and see the result in 3D right away. Panels are laid with the grooved face up on the machine, so there is no need to flip the sheet
Have the AI read the pattern from an image
Upload a wall pattern the customer likes. The AI picks the matching pattern from the 30, or draws a new one as a repeating pattern across the whole wall. Credits are deducted when a pattern is returned; if it cannot read the image, nothing is deducted.
Workflow
Choose a pattern
Choose a pattern example from the decorative wall category, such as arches up, honeycomb or herringbone, or upload an image for the AI to read the pattern.
Enter wall dimensions and material
Enter the width and height to cover, choose HMR or MDF, and enter the real thickness and the sheet size
Adjust the pattern and bit
Adjust the pattern size, line spacing, groove depth and groove bit, then see how the pattern continues across panels in 3D
Download files to groove
Review the cautions, then download the production pack or per-sheet G-code. The file header gives the bit-change order when a pattern uses several bits.
Production file cost from real examples
Designing, viewing in 3D and viewing the nesting are free. You pay credits when you download the production file pack (ZIP), which is charged by the number of sheets and parts in the job.
Sheets counted against the standard 1220 × 2440 mm sheet · regular pack 1 credit ≈ 2 THB · On your first big-pack top-up, 1 credit ≈ 1 THB · New members get 80 credits to try · Price as of 2 Nov 2026 See all at Pricing and credit packs
Who it's for
✓CNC shops that groove decorative wall panels
✓Built-in shops and interior contractors who make headboard walls or TV walls
✓Machine owners who want many ready-to-use patterns without drawing them
–3D relief carving with curved surfaces can't be done yet, because the files groove along lines. It suits 3D carving software
Frequently asked questions
What does the production file cost for Grooved wall panel?+
Design for free. You pay credits when you download the production file pack (ZIP), charged by the number of sheets and parts in the job. Example: Wall panel Upright arch pattern 60 credits (≈ 120 THB) · Wall panel Honeycomb 60 credits (≈ 120 THB) · Room wall 3.6 × 2.4 m, upturned-curve pattern 102 credits (≈ 204 THB)
Which bit is used to groove each pattern+
The program picks bits by pattern, for example a core box bit for cove curves, a pointed profile bit for convex curves, a V-bit for line grooves and a straight bit for square grooves. You can change the bit and groove depth yourself. Set up the bit set to match your machine before real cutting
What if the wall is wider than one sheet?+
Enter the full wall dimensions. The program splits it into several sheets, none larger than the material sheet, and draws the pattern across the whole wall at once, so the pattern lines up at every joint. Example: a 3.6 × 2.4 m room wall from 3 sheets
What if I want a pattern that is not among the 30?+
Upload an image of the pattern you want for the AI to read. If it matches an existing pattern it picks that one; if not, it draws a new pattern repeated across the whole wall, which you can then adjust.
What materials can I use?+
The example is set to 15 mm HMR. You can use MDF or other sheet materials. Enter the real thickness and sheet size; the groove depth can be adjusted up to the sheet thickness.
